Rachele Wiggins

Rachele is an award-winning producer, writer and director; her work includes short films, series and features - some having been seen by millions of people around the world.

A recipient of an Enterprise People placement from Screen Australia in 2018, Rachele subsequently produced several projects with Deadhouse Films, including Skinford, Pet Killer, and the Shudder Original Series Deadhouse Dark. The anthology for which Rachele also wrote and directed a segment, had its World Premiere at CANNESERIES in 2020. Rachele was also a segment director on the highly anticipated feature anthology sequel, Scare Package II, marking her second Shudder Original project.

Other highlights in Rachele’s body of work include producing the feature film Beast No More, which won the Audience Award for Best Film at Monsterfest and was distributed worldwide by Level 33 Entertainment, and the epic sci-fi Blade Runner inspired short film Slice Of Life, which won Best Sci-Fi at the LA Shorts Festival.

Rachele is currently slated to direct the next instalment of the Wolf Creek franchise with producers Greg McLean, Bianca Martino, and Kristian Moliere.
